ReplyDelete“tanSEN was bengali my dear friend, so were a lot of other people! want to see the entire list as it stands today? so was subash chandra bose and sri aurobindo :) and i can name a million others and i am proud to say our greateness can be exerted beyond our national borders. we are the fifth largest speakers!
ReplyDeletewe bengalis have won pretty much every award in the world stage you name it we have it and we are damn proud of what we have :)
its the only country in the world which took rebellion because it couldn’t speak its mother tongue and it won! and won so hard that the UN had to adopt that day as the international language day, which celebrates languages from all over the world.
did you know that the FAMOUS SEARS TOWER is architectured by another bengali?”

Wow, I must say, very well designed post. We are Indian and we should show unity, so that we can stand together for our nation. Jai Hind.
ReplyDeleteHi Thanks Bikram
ReplyDeletehappy independence day my friend to you too
A Great Tribute Bhavikk, Though I know the meaning of our National Song thanks for the translation. Happy Independence Day!
ReplyDeleteFor Mr. Kamonashish Aayush Mazumdar, Its nice to be proud of who you are I too I am a proud Human, Proud Indian and A proud Bengali. True Bengal has given this country Gems, So, have other regions. We should stop living in the past and start pondering and acting against what went so, wrong in the present. Tansen was not a Bengali He was from Gwalior and even if he is how does it matter. He was an Indian. We need to work for a glorious future instead of continuously referring to the past. :)
HI Saru Maam

HI Datta Ghosh maam
ReplyDeleteFirstly, I salute You maam,
What an fantastic answer to Mr. Kamonasish Aayush Mazumdar, this answer can only be expected from a person who truely understands what patriotism means .... I think Mr. Mazumdar should embrace the thought that WE ALL ARE INDIAN FIRST and then our cast and religion follows...
Fabulous maam, thanks for presenting your nobel thoughts here.......
Great, Thanks for visiting & Do visit again !!!
Have a fantastic Day Ahead

Bhavikk shah
-----------------------------------------------
For Mr. Mazumdar
-----------------------------------------------
I wholeheartedly believe, appreciate and have immense respect towards all those who made my nation proud and this includes the great personalities from Bengal..
As a child, everyone of us was taught that Subhas Chandra Bose was an Indian nationalist who fought for the Nation, Bal Gangadhar Tilak was an Indian nationalist and was the first leader of the Indian Independence Movement; Bhagat Singh was Indian first and then Sikh ; Mahatma Gandhi to whom we call father of the nation was first the Indian and then gujarati, and the List goes on..
So the Point here to make is, these all were INDIAN First and then everything followed...they fought to free our Nation not their individual regions..
So My dear friend Kamonasish, Proud to be an Indian first and no one will ever tell you whether You are an Bengali, Marathi, Sikh or Gujarati .....
You will always be known as an "INDIAN", even your passport will say you are of Indian origin ..so respect that
I am Proud to be called as an Indian First, no matter what my cast is- AM INDIAN !!
Thanks Mr. Mazumdar for spending your precious time and taking efforts for enlightening us with your precious knowledge
Have a great day Ahead
Regards
Bhavikk shah

Hey
DeleteKamonasish ..
What are you trying to prove?
Is any particular region or cast above the nation. ....
This was a simple post on our independence day..This post was to express one's feelings towards it's motherland...
And the words like "to shut ur mouth" coming from a MBA graduate is dismal... (u should know to whom u are talking to)
My dear friend there's a famous sanskrit saying, u probably may not have heard it "Vidhya Vinayen Shobhate - meaning modesty adorns knowledge"
My dear friend try to gain knowledge from all around and not just have a concentrated knowledge..
You should be proud of being Bengali but you should also be proud to be an Indian and respect each and every cast or religion of it...respect the contributions and sacrifices given by each an every indian which makes india today. .
The way you can talk today freely is bcoz of this freedom, freedom of speech-rights given by the constitution of our India principally architectured by Dr. Babasaheb ambedkar...
I am a Proud Human, Proud to be an Indian... ur achievements will only be recognised when you are humble and modest
Thanks for your comments and thoughts. .
Regards
BHAVIKK SHAH
Lovely post Bhavikk!
ReplyDeleteProud to be an Indian.
Hope we all feel this way, just like the character Kabir Khan (Played by SRK) says in the movie Chak De India.
Disappointed by Mr. Mazumdar's comments. He has posted similar comments in my Blog & in many others too...
May such people understand the sanctity & be tolerant... India needs good citizens, not divisions...
Hi Anita Maam
ReplyDeleteYeah Truely said, We are United India and not divided India Anyways
Thanks for your comments and nice words for me, Do visit again
Have a fantastic day ahead

Dear Bhavik,
ReplyDeleteIt brings tears of joy into my eyes to read your patriotic comments. I am Oriya and Mr. Kamonasish Mazumdar tried to degrade a blog on Odissi dance (oldest Indian classical dance) asking ""is this the only piece of heritage that you can show off to the world?". The poison of communalism has spread through his blood. Prantiyata ka zahar usme phail gaya hai. I hope that he wakes up and becomes an ideal-minded Indian like you.
Rishima Mishra
Mr. Mazumdar, Please understand that no one is belittling what Bengal has done for the Country. But isn't it our duty to do Things for our motherland. I must appreciate the passion you have for Bengal then why are you an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad? it is not in Bengal. Why are you in Bangalore? Why not in Kolkata? Please if you are such a passionate Bengali please come to Bengal and work for it's development. It needs people to lift itself up. I too love Bengal (I am a Probashi Bengali who chose to come down to Kolkata) but then I love Gujarat, I love Maharasthra, Odisha, Karnataka why? Because I love India. Do not spread hatred and belittle the image you have as a human. Please so passionate then leave what you are doing in Bangalore and help in uplifting the state. Please do not spread hatred.
ReplyDeleteThank You Bhavik for the appreciation. Please you can call me Datta I am not that old.:)
